Not all cases are straightforward, which is where good communication with a conscientious lab is a must. Not only do we send Kreation photos and scans, but we can video conference as well to discuss the nuances of a case. This level of detail and discussion is critical for me (and avoids costly remakes).
Chris and Karl are passionate about the work they deliver and only recruit conscientious dentists that take a similar pride in their work. We all know the mantra ‘Rubbish in, rubbish out’. If they drop you, you’ll know why.
